Tabbed
browsing allow us to surf multiple website simultaneously. You can open
as many tabs as you wish. But having many opened tabs can confuse you
and makes it hard to find the desired page in the group of tabs. To make
it easier, you can limit the number of tabs in Google Chrome. There is no setting option for this available in Chrome, but you can do it with the help of a nice Google Chrome extension called 'Controlled multi-tab browsing.'
For this, start Google Chrome and go to the Chrome web store. Install Controlled multi-tab browsing Google Chrome extension. Then you will see a new icon on your chrome browser near address bar. Click on this icon to set the maximum number of opened tabs. Set tab limit and then click on Save.
After selecting the maximum number of tabs, when you will try to access more tabs than the limit, it will show a popup message saying, "You have decided not to open more than X tabs."
Install This in Google Chrome
This is really a nice extension which limits number of tabs. By this, you can limit number of connection and speedup surfing.
