Microsoft has launched a new email service and upgrade all Hotmail users
to outlook.com. This new email service comes with lots of new features
and improved user interface.

Follow these steps
Click on COG icon at the top right corner of the page.
In the new page, click on Account details (password, addresses, time zone)
Clicking on this will open a new tab. in this new page, click on "Change Password"
Click on Change Password link and change your password by giving your older password.
